There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and 1 parking space in front of the house which allows for a total of 3 vehicles. If you plan on having more than 3 vehicles please contact me prior to arrival to discuss parking options. No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay the night in the house. No more than 9 people are allowed at the house between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm per the City of Santa Rosa ordinance.
