There’s one bedroom on each floor and each features a plush king-sized bed, a Smart TV, charming nature-inspired artwork, and a ceiling fan. On the lower level, you’ll also find a twin-sized bunk bed in the recreation room and a queen sleeper sofa in the main floor living room. Finally, there’s another queen sleeper sofa in the loft to accommodate additional guests. However, there are no window coverings in the loft, so remember to bring a sleeping eye mask so the light doesn’t disturb you in the mornings. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are as many full bathrooms as there are private bedrooms in this beautiful cabin. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and/or tub, a single vanity, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience! The loft bathroom has a luxuriously large soaking tub with a bathtub table, perfect for having a soak while reading or listening to music. There is also a stackable washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron available so you can keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets and counter space, so you can make yourselves at home and cook some delicious meals. This cabin is in a prime location only a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park, so you can easily make the most out of your time in Sevierville. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Sevierville! ☆★ Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire cabin, including the hot tub, recreation room, high-speed wifi, 5 flat-screen HDTVs, 3 large decks, free parking, and an indoor fireplace. You will also have access to the shared community pool (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and the playground. You can enjoy easy access to the cabin with a Smart Lock. Free parking is available for up to four vehicles. The roads to the cabin are wide and well paved. Inside the resort the roads can get a little steep, but there are no narrow roads or steep drop offs. This is a mountain community so during winter storms the roads may not be easily accessible for a few hours or so. In case of inclement weather, resort management decisions, or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of each amenity. Other things to note BOOKING Booking guest must be 25 years of age. The booking guest must be a member of the group staying at the property. A signed Renter Agreement and Security Deposit are required. Booking guest must also be verified through AirBnB with a Government Issued ID and provide the owner a front and back copy of state issued drivers license upon request prior to checking in. NUMBER OF GUESTS: This cabin has a maximum of 12 humans per stay (including kids/infants). PRIVATE PARKING: 4 parking spots in front of the cabin. ENTRY: The front door is equipped with a Smart Lock. You will receive your personalized door code 48 hours before check-in. Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Check-out anytime before 10am. Your door code will be active from the time you check in until the time you check out. We are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Late check-outs will incur a $100 late fee for every hour or portion of an hour. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. TRASH Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. WE DO NOT HAVE REGULARLY SCHEDULED TRASH PICK UP. If you have too much trash to fit in the bear proof containers, there are trash drop off convenience centers - the closest one is 447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minute drive that is open Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm *For an additional $25 fee we can coordinate a mid-stay trash pick-up. We are not affiliated in any way with Dollywood and this booking does not come with free tickets. CRITTERS We do have a regularly scheduled pest control service for critters around the cabin. Please keep in mind we are located near a National Park with thousands of varieties of “living things” and our cabin is located in their territory. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no critters outside the cabin.
