While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available - though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual. To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this temporary update! We want you to have a great stay, and we’ll be available throughout should you need any help navigating the temporary changes. Thanks for your understanding! Located on the 36th floor and facing North, Higher Love! is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers Margaret Pace Park and Heart Island views from its private balcony. With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Higher Love! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger). Upon entering Higher Love!, it's hard to divert your gaze from the stylish art and decor, not to mention the pristine newness that radiates throughout the space. The fully equipped kitchen, designed with an open concept, seamlessly merges into the dining and living areas. The kitchen comes prepared with everything you require to unleash your inner culinary artist. Publix grocery store is only a 1/2 block away making cooking on vacation even more convenient. Meanwhile, the dining area showcases an expansive glass table that comfortably seats all six individuals. Capturing the essence of this exquisite atmosphere requires a pause, but the urge to move is strong, leading you straight from the living room to the balcony. Stepping onto this outdoor oasis feels like stepping into a slice of pure paradise. The living room is flawlessly aligned with the funky and eccentric design of this condo. For your relaxation, a 65" Roku TV is at your service to unwind and recharge after a bustling day exploring Miami. There is balcony access right from living room to take in the amazing Miami skyline views and Miami sun. The first and most spacious Master bedroom suite is located to the left of the living room. It's impressively expansive, spanning the entire length of the condo. Upon entering, your gaze is drawn to the king-sized bed. Balcony access from the master bedroom is a given, and even from the comfort of the bed, you can revel in the panoramic views. A Roku streaming TV, measuring 55 inches. A generously sized walk-through open concept closet awaits to accommodate all your Miami finds, complemented by a vanity area positioned right outside the spa-like master private bathroom. Convenience is key, as the washer/dryer is located within this bedroom, ensuring you won't leave with any dirty laundry. Prepare to savor your time in the master private bathroom. From the standalone bathtub, to the incredibly spacious walk-in shower, the design evokes a genuine spa experience. The second master bedroom suite is positioned on the opposite side of the living room from the first master bedroom. The mid-century lime green lamps and details throughout the room create an ambiance reminiscent of a magazine spread. Not only does this bedroom provide access to the balcony, but it also boasts a 55” Roku streaming TV, two closets, and its own private bathroom. The views are just as spectacular as those from the other rooms. The bathroom belonging to the second master bedroom is equally impressive. A walk-in shower provides both style and convenience, while a light-up mirror adds a touch of Hollywood glamour. Just around the corner from the front entry, you'll find the third full bathroom. Like the others, this bathroom has undergone a complete renovation, featuring a walk-in shower. Adding to the contemporary appeal, it boasts another sophisticated light-up mirror that add a touch of modern elegance. The third interior bedroom, situated next to the bathroom, falls under the category of "interior," meaning it doesn't have windows. However, it's one of the best bedrooms for a peaceful sleep and a tranquil escape. The room boasts a queen bed, complemented by the stylish nightstand lamps. Just like the others, this bedroom is equipped with a 55" Roku streaming TV. The fourth, and smallest, interior bedroom (referred to as a Jr.) is the last but by no means the least among the bedrooms. Found on the right immediately upon entering the condo and situated across from the kitchen, this compact room lacks windows. Despite its size and lack of natural light, it proudly houses a queen bed and its own 50” Roku streaming TV. Much like the others, this bedroom provides an ideal setting for those who love to sleep well into the morning hours. The experience of staying in this distinctive and luxurious condo is a sensation akin to a higher love. Higher Love! promises to bestow upon you a plethora of incredible memories that will linger long after your stay. It's an experience that will undoubtedly prompt swift plans for your return to this exceptional home away from home. Guest access -You have full private access to Higher Love! which is located on the 36th floor facing North. -You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm - You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzi located on the 10th floor. The Grand Retail lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. Other things to note BUILDING RULES: We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THEN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS plus children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 75+ condos ; ) - No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others. - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day. Cancellations: -We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather. -We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. 
 Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends. There is an Amazon locker hub located at The Marriott next door, just through our retail lobby in which we are happy to share info on how to receive Amazon packages there if you need. AFTER BOOKING: (nightly stays) 1. Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend. -Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. Don't disappear after booking, or we will be forced to spam you with a ton of messages. We manage 75+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID's will really help us in helping you to have a great stay. 2. Valet is the only available option. You have two choices: (Unlimited in/out privileges) -Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day. -Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. 10 night or longer please inquire - Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day. - Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area. 3. Also, we will need your email so that we may send you the welcome packet with check in instructions. It's good to know in advance what to do when you arrive (not the day of) so don't forget your email! AFTER BOOKING: (monthly stays) 28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only) - $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking) - 24/48 hours business day approval process - Emails for each adult - Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests - Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens. - No prior arrests -$420 Monthly Parking Fee - You never have to feel alone!
