The cameras are on throughout the guest reservation and will only record when it sensors motion. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property for your safety. Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT: Prior to guest arrival, all guests will be sent a Rental Agreement to review and sign. The Agreement highlights our House Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
