There is central heat and large swamp coolers, standing fans and ceiling fans to ensure comfort during the hot august nights. Freshly laundered sheets, made-up beds, toilet paper, soap and towels will be ready for your arrival. Guests will need to bring beach towels. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with houses very close on all sides. It is imperative that guests are polite and obey quiet time, parking & occupancy rules other wise the neighbors will be calling immediately! If you try to sneak in a pet, overload the house or are loud we will immediately get complaints. Public transportation is not available. Starlight taxi is the local tax service for the area. The parking is tight and the driveway is a single narrow lane that goes steeply uphill. Please do some reconnaissance before driving up with any large boats or trailers. You can park a trailer and truck. You will just have to disconnect.
