Townhouse with all modern conveniences to make your stay for business or pleasure enjoyable. Air con both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to dine in, with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and induction cook top. All cutlery, crockery etc., is provided. All linen, towels are supplied as well as extra blankets and pillows. We welcome guests from all walks of life and want your stay to be a comfortable one. The space There is a lock up garage, private courtyard with outdoor seating, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Complimentary Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix provided. No refunds due to any power or internet outages, as they are beyond our control. Air con is set to a comfortable 22 degrees. Guest access You have the entire townhouse to yourself. The residence is yours to enjoy, however you need to confirm the TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS when booking and how many bedrooms are required, as the nightly rate is set at an affordable price with a charge per person, per night, after the first guest. This needs to be done BEFORE your arrival date. 1 bedroom will be opened for 1-2 guests upon request. 2 bedrooms will be opened to 2-4 guests upon request. 3 bedrooms will be opened to 3-6 guests upon request.
