Condo-terrace: a haven of peace 2 steps from everything!

This charming condo has everything you expect from an urban pied-à-terre: located in a popular area of the city center, quiet and safe. Forget your car for a few days, you won't really need it. Almost everything Montreal has to offer is within walking distance and you'll be able to cover all your basic needs (grocery, dining, personal care, etc.) and much more in just 3 blocks. We have been legally hosting guests since 2012. The space The accommodation includes: a large, very quiet bedroom with dressing room and TV, a relaxing living room (which can be closed and transformed into a second bedroom) with a large TV, books and games, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook almost anything you want yourself, with an espresso coffee machine and dishwasher, a lunch counter, a dining room for more formal meals, a laundry room and a large private and furnished roof terrace where you can relax. Parking is available by reservation for $20/day + taxes. Guest access GETTING THERE - 5 minutes from Berri-UQAM metro station - Easy car access. Less than 5 minutes to Highway 720 and Jacques-Cartier Bridge. - 9-minute walk to Montreal Bus Station, from where you can go anywhere in Canada and the United States. It is therefore easy to take a day trip to Ottawa, Quebec City or a ski resort. - There is also an express shuttle (747) between the train station and Trudeau Airport and a few car rental agencies. Convenient if you plan to see the attractions of the surrounding countryside (e.g. the Wine Route). Private parking available for $20/day + taxes. Free parking is also available on the surrounding streets or across from the building by paying for parking meters.
