You're only a few steps away from having your feet in the sand in this condo that was recently renovated! Beach décor, new furniture and a fully renovated condo is yours to enjoy! Located in the gated Sawgrass Country Club, you will have access to a private beach that only club members enjoy. Take a walk on the white sand, check out the million dollar homes surrounding the beach or surf a few waves. The space Accommodations Overview: • 580 sq ft studio with 15ft vaulted ceilings - Sleeps 4 • King size bed (Purple bed - Added 2023) • Full size pullout sofa (Gel mattress, not the hard springs!) • Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Dishwasher • Washer & dryer • Electric fireplace • Private screened in patio with couch/chairs/table • Dining room table that folds open to seat 6 • Wet bar with wine & rock glasses Guest access You'll be added to the gate access list for the dates of your stay. Just provide them with the address and your name to get the pass. You will receive an access code to access the smart lock. Other things to note Amenities Include • Super fast wireless internet (100Mbps+) • HD Cable with 360+ Channels (Locals/Sports/etc.) • Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu • 2 beach chairs • 2 Beach towels • Keyed safe in closet • Fully stocked utensils in kitchen (6 sets of plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, kids plates/cups/bowls, silverware, pots/pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, cutting boards and much more) • Basic necessities: Towels/Soaps/Toiletries/Dishwasher detergent/Laundry detergent/ Dish soap/Sponge/Garbage Bags/ Paper towels & more • Private beach access • Private pool (will need to drive to it) Pets We allow 1 small pet (under 30lbs) but charge an extra $75 cleaning fee. If booked via AIrBNB, they do not allow us to add this fee before you book so you will receive a request for this fee after booking is confirmed. Please tell us after booking that you will bring a pet. If you do not inform us you're bringing a pet to bypass the fee, there is a $150 cleaning charge that will be taken from the security deposit. The condo is non-smoking (including the rear patio), but you do have a balcony outside the front door you can use. Any smoking in the condo will result in forfeiting the $200 of the security deposit for deep cleaning and deodorizing services. Security Deposit: You may see a security deposit hold posted 1 day prior to arrival. This is not a charge and is only a hold. It will be released a couple days after checking out. Booking Fee: AirBNB implemented a new policy where a 12% service fee was charged to the guest, and 3% fee charged to the owner. They've moved the 15% to the owner with the expectation we'd increase pricing. Instead, you'll see this 12% as a separate line item on the booking.
