Beautiful, bright, airy, three bedroom, three bath, beach bungalow with private saltwater pool, located steps from the beach. Recently renovated property has three full-sized bedrooms, renovated kitchen, new furnishings and large patio overlooking lush landscaping and pool. Split bedroom floor plan allows for excellent privacy, and Palm Beach Shores beach access is just 200 yards away. The space FIRST MASTER BEDROOM: Features a spacious room with a Queen Bed, updated furnishings, an updated ensuite bathroom with a shower. SECOND MASTER BEDROOM: Features another spacious bedroom with a Queen Bed, small sitting area with an updated ensuite and sliding doors that lead directly to the private, secluded pool. THIRD ROOM: Features a spacious room with a King Bed and the third updated bathroom directly across the hallway. LIVING/DINING ROOM: A comfortable couch, two chairs, some puffs for extra seating, to watch a movie after a long day at the beach. A glass dining table with Double French doors that lead out to the covered patio with lots of space for entertaining and dining! PATIO: The covered patio has ceiling fans, a dining table for 6 and some comfortable furniture to sit and have a coffee on in the mornings while hearing the birds chirp beside your private heated pool. The garage is where you will find access to some beach amenities. Guest access You have access to the entire home. It has great privacy in the backyard, space to lay out and enjoy the South Florida Sun! Beach pass is included for easy and convenient beach access. The beach pass includes two chairs and an umbrella at the beach, you just walk straight down the street to the beach access (just a quick 3 minute jaunt) and sit down in any of the chairs that are already set up by the beach attendants. No need to carry your chairs to the beach! We also have extra backpack chairs in the garage if needed. Other things to note There is a max of 6 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 8 guests allowed at any other time. Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement. The pool is heated to an above-industry standard of 85 degrees. Comfortable, yet refreshing. Please note- during rare cold snaps, the heater may not perfectly maintain temps. We have a sound monitoring device that measures decibels - it is completely privacy compliant as it does not record conversation or personal information - it will immediately alert us if the occupancy ever exceeds 8 people or the noise level exceeds the appropriate level. Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. BOOKINGS YET TO BEGIN They are RARE, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the National Weather Service (NWS) published hurricane “incidence cone” remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of CAT 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are canceling your booking. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather. ACTIVE STAYS If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area. If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities. You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We will offer you a pro-rata refund of your stay, for the remaining days in keeping with the Airbnb Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you. We will make every effort to connect with you, and resolve your reservation situation. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suited for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm.
