Just to mention the highlights: your own 6 seater dedicated movie theater - just hook up your netflix account; pool, spa, huge swing set, relaxing hammock, outdoor bbq and dedicated bar area with darts. 4 bedrooms with room for the whole family. The space right up on a mountain. pool with slide, jacuzzi, bbq, darts, mini combo foosball/pool/air hockey/ping pong table, movie theater, swing set, hammock, smart speakers, smart TVs pre-loaded with Hulu, Starz & Disney+, board games, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms for "those" guests (you know the ones). Other things to note cannot stress this enough: Please be respectful of the quiet neighborhood: drive safely on the streets, park mainly inside the driveway and do NOT block the trash bins, fire hydrants or neighbor driveways. no music outside after 10pm. Be careful of the cliffs on edges of the property for danger of falling. Be safe outside. I’ve heard from neighbors that there may be snakes. Bees around the lavender bushes, too.
