One is the main cottage with everything you need, sleeps 2. The other is a bunkhouse for sleeping. There is no bath or kitchen in the bunkhouse. It has two recliners, a tv, and a daybed. The property is 40 acres of trees, walking paths, post & beam pavilion, 2 fishing ponds all enjoyed on your own private deck. The cottage is one room. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and full bath. This is 450 square feet of just yummy cozy space. The windows across the entire front face south for lots of sunshine. The floors inside are floor heat to keep you warm on cold Minnesota days. Outside the back door is a bunkhouse with sleeping for two, recliners & a tv. No bath in this space. You have your own patio and deck that overlooks a 5+ acre yard with 2 ponds, pavilion and behind that are 20 acres of woods along the Zumbro river with paths to walk. And out your front door is a paved walking/bike path that will take you anywhere in this town and countryside your feet or wheels will let you go! Our property is on a dead end frontage road. It is a new property. Internet maps sometimes has a hard time finding it. Please look at the map. Watch for the Pine Cove sign. You will be provided your own garage! Access to and from our home is so easy. And we are just 2 quick miles to the highway. We live on the property. Just through the trees behind the cottage. We are used to having guests. So love to be available to answer questions and visit. But also understand that we all need privacy too. We are located on a dead end road. Rural but in town. We are located on 40 acres on the north edge of town. The cottage is located on the front side of the property. There are no other houses around. The nearest neighbor is on the other side of the river. Or down the road a mile. You will feel like your in the country. But the grocery store is just up the road. We are located at a dead end on a frontage road that runs along side a main 4 lane road. When arriving follow the signs. The cottage is located on the south side of the property. Before booking please take note of all photos and understand that this cottage is one room. It does not have a separate bedroom. There is a separate cottage bunkhouse for increased living space. But NO bathroom or kitchen in the bunkhouse.
