Condo in Crested Butte

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (2 king beds) we call “Spellbound.” We are located in the Buttes Townhomes. This spectacular location offers true ski in/out access, as well as a quick walk to summer trails and the Base Area. It includes a private entrance, washer and dryer, full kitchen, electric fireplace, as well as being a few short steps to the Community Hot Tub. STR 303288. The space The Buttes offer Ski In/Out Access, and are a short walk to the Crested Butte Base Area. From there, the free Town Bus can bring you down to Crested Butte Proper, with stops off Elk Ave., including the Grocery Store, before returning back to the Base. About 150 yards to the lifts, this Condo is awesome, whether Skiing, Hiking, or Biking, and is a short walk to the Condo's Community Hot Tub. 508 Buttes has a comfortable living area and a full kitchen, as well as a large dining table. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flatscreen tv, a chaise lounge sofa and 2 chairs with access to a nice porch which also has 2 chairs. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and is home to the washer dryer. Up the spiral staircase are two bedrooms and bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, access to the bathroom, and its own sink. The second bedroom has a King Bed as well. The Condo has wifi. There is very limited parking and this unit has parking available for only 1 vehicle. There is no public parking accessible.
