We try to anticipate any and all needs and provide all the creature comforts of home. If we might of missed something just ask, we probably have it upstairs! While this 1500+/- square feet space is best utilized for couples, it can accommodate up to 3 additional guests with a convertible sofa bed in living room and a futon in the Zen Den (converted walk-in). Please also note that this bedroom layout is a more open loft like floorplan as opposed to an enclosed traditional bedroom. This is the entire bottom floor of our 3 story home. It is a completely private and self-contained pied-à-terre apartment/guest suite. It includes your own secure parking space in the garage, unrestricted street parking and private entrance (via garage) with an additional 500+/-sf of contiguous wraparound balcony/outdoor space with those expansive views, of course.
