These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. There is plenty of parking space but if you have more than 2 vehicles please park on the street. You'll have access to the entire place. This side has straight access to the backyard. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
