Owner has just updated this condo to be the perfect vacation home! This 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo is in the perfect boardwalk location! Walk out your front door and enjoy your amazing view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean! The main bedroom has a double bed and single bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on bottom and trundle under that you can sleep 7 people comfortably. You'll enjoy complimentary cable TV and wifi/high speed internet. Relax on the deck attached to the boardwalk where you can soak in the rays, people watch boardwalk activity or rise early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. There is one assigned parking spot and the building has a laundry room where you can use the washer and dryer (paid by quarters.) **Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $115. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products. * We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. *For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available. * No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry.
