In the heart of Touraine and the Loire Castles, a 16th century Manor on 1 hectare of wooded garden, quiet in the heart of nature, 15 minutes from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. We welcome you to this large house surrounded by a large garden with heated pool. You will love this place for its monumental and spacious building, its natural and peaceful setting, its comfortable amenities. Great for a family vacation. Not suitable for festive events. The mansion was built in the 16th century, on a stronghold belonging to the Aigremont family. We offer for rent this family home, restored for 50 years, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented as part of festive events. Thank you for your understanding. The house has 4 bedrooms for 12 beds. It is composed on the ground floor: - Entry and office - Large living room with fireplace and TV, and a cabinet filled with games at your disposal - Large dining room for 12 guests - Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, basic necessities... Fireplace on and TV - Back kitchen with washer and closet - Separate toilet On the first floor, you will find: - 1 bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200) - 1 bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) - 2 family bedrooms each with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with bath and toilet - 1 bathroom with bathtub Outside: - 1 large unenclosed landscaped garden, with lawns, massifs, and different tree species... - 1 large space in front of the house will allow you to enjoy outdoor dining. - 1 large private pool (15x4 m) heated and secured, with a submerged roller shutter. Usually open from May to the first week of October, depending on weather conditions. It is surrounded by a terrace and lawns for you to rest. - 1 ping pong table is available for your use. - 1 unsecured pond is nearby: beware, children must remain under the supervision of their parents. Guest access The manor is 10 kilometers from the A10 highway, Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine exit. The entire property is available for your use. Other things to note The price includes linens and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure. Pool towels are not provided. A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to start the stay.
