The space Crystal Spring Farm was a working dairy farm until the 1970s and offers an authentic Vermont experience with a renovated hand-hewn post and beam, open floor plan. Situated on Mud City Loop, which is known for its charming and tranquil landscape and community, the farmhouse feels like home the moment you arrive. While the house is connected to the grid for power, has YouTubeTV for entertainment, and high speed fiber internet for streaming and work, the large solar panels create excess power which is fed back to the grid, called 'net metering'.
