We provide a starter coffee pack and koozies for you to keep. Guest access You have then entire condo to yourself. We have a 24 hour self check-in service with local Vacation Rental Management Support. Other things to note MARINA RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact Oasis Vacation Rentals for the Dockmaster email address. You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request. Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below: Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: • All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master. • Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property. • Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”) • Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time. BEACHES The Florida Keys isn’t really known for its vast beaches. We are a series of islands made up of coral rock. We do have some small beaches that are accessible but they are nothing like the beaches you will find on the west coast of Florida or the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. The closest public beach is Anne’s Beach which is in south Islamorada. The best way to experience the Keys is to get out on the water. We have world class fishing, boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking!
