French doors lead onto an attractive patio area, accompanied by a particularly lovely fully enclosed rear garden circumvented by an ancient flint wall. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms.. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and is served by a stylish en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A double bed is provided by bedroom two, which is served by an adjacent spacious family bathroom offering bath with shower over. A convenient dressing room completes this floor. Outside, the large patio area with table and chairs and accompanying barbecue invites alfresco dining. For guests bringing bicycles, gated side access to the garden allows for safe storage. Off-road parking for two cars is available on the driveway to the front of the house. Little Walsingham boasts one of the best farm shops on the coast, which is located just five minutes from Victory Cottage. Also five minutes walk away, there is a light railway that runs from Walsingham to Wells most of the year. Local excellent places to eat include the Read and Digest Teashop, The Black Lion and The Bull Inn, all a short walk from the property. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Kitchen/ dining room A spacious, light and airy kitchen with french doors onto the patio and window to the rear allowing the light to flood in. The kitchen is very well equipped and has an electric hob and oven with cooker hood and is fitted with a range of integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The dining table has seating for four people. First Floor: Master bedroom With a king-size bed. En-suite shower room With a shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom two With a double bed. Bathroom Bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Dressing room Dressing table, with chair and mirror. Outside: The rear garden is enclosed and very pretty, with an ancient flint wall to the back and side and and a large patio with table and chairs. There is gated access at the side to allow bikes through to the garden, if required. Parking for two cars is on the driveway at the front of the cottage.
