A few steps away you can reach the market square with the church of San Andreu and nearby are many restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, opportunities to experience culture, sports, etc. Santanyi has been "the place to be" in Mallorca for several years and it is only 2.7 km to Cala Santanyi and other beaches are within easy reach. Casa Mar has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub), living room with a seating area and dining area, roof terrace, bathing fountain in the green patio courtyard. One bedroom and one bathroom are in the individual 'tower', which has its own living room and separate access to the street as well as to the patio. The patio, shaded by a palm tree, offers refreshment in the splashing fountain with walled seating. Here you will find intimacy and a cozy place to relax. The spacious roof terrace invites you to sunbathe. The very special thing about this house is that it is renovated and equipped only with high-quality furniture; a dream for lovers of beautiful furnishings and best construction quality. High speed internet is of course available. The house offers 320 m² of living space and is therefore ideally suited for large families or vacations "among friends". It was lovingly furnished by us, the architect and interior designer. The care provided by our house fairies, who have known many of our guests for a long time, is warm and helpful. The final cleaning includes the cost of the one-time laundry service. In winter, the heating costs are billed according to actual consumption (meter reading). Upon arrival, please pay a deposit of €800 in cash, which will be refunded after deduction of the cost of consumption and correct handover of the house.
