There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main building duplex, and a 4th bedroom with bathroom with a separate entrance downstairs. Other things to note 1- Dedicated beach access with sunbeds is available (limited quantity per villa). 2- Main pool heater: Additional fee shall apply if the guest wants pool heater to be activated due to the extra electricity fees - 40$ fixed + 20$/day for heated days to apply. 3- Lounge pool heater: Additional fee shall apply if the guest wants lounge pool heater to be activated due to the extra electricity fees - 40$ fixed + 20$/day for heated days to apply. If both heaters required to be turned on, 70$ fixed + 35$/day for heated days to apply. Fixed amount is required because heater need to be turned on 2 days in advance to reach required temperature.
