There are three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet on the upper level of this home. Bedroom one - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Two singles. The downstairs area has a rumpus room or fourth bedroom with a queen bed, laundry and another shower and toilet for your convenience. Bed linen and towels provided. The yard is fully fenced making it suitable for younger children and has an outdoor cold shower. New rear undercover deck with gas bbq and outdoor furniture. Manyana offers surf beaches, with a variety of reef breaks close by, great fishing and nearby Lake Conjola for still water enthusiasts. There are spectacular options for SUP's and kayaking as well. Yalunga Reserve nearby also has tennis courts, soccer field, skate park and basket ball court but you do need to bring your own equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee at Bendalong Store and Cafe after a stroll along Washerwomans beach which is pet friendly off lead. Pets allowed outside only in fenced rear yard.
