This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Please include the number of dogs when making your reservation. About the Home • Well-equipped kitchen with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, gas range, walk-in pantry, Keurig, and drip-style coffee maker • Dining area with seating for 8 and nearby island seating for 4 • Living room with gas log fireplace and TV for streaming • Fully enclosed sunroom with lounge seating and access to the deck with fire table and gas grill. Note: The sunroom is considered a three-season room and is not heated for the winter. • Lower-level living room with sectional, game table, arcade game, and 85" TV for streaming • Garage game room with a ping pong table and cornhole boards Where to Unwind • Main floor bedroom with a queen bed; a full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway • Upper-level primary bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, and standing desk with office chair • Upper-level bedroom with queen-size bed • Upper-level bedroom with twin-size daybed and twin-size trundle; both bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom • Lower-level bedroom with full-over-full bunkbed and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower combination Where to Explore As a guest at Grey Eagle Lodge, enjoy access to the Christmount Community amenities (subject to availability): ball field, outdoor pickleball court, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, basketball, gaga ball, picnic areas, campfire rings, new playground (accessible directly from Sourwood Rd), and disc golf course. Christmount Community is part of the SAHC (Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy) and offers several hiking trails to enjoy. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. The garage is accessible to guests. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can!
