You will enter the villa through a private entrance for exclusive use with the possibility of parking multiple cars inside. The beautiful outdoor area opens with a large swimming pool that will allow you to cool off on the hottest days and relax in the solarium area equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon request (with surcharge); the heating service depends on seasonal weather conditions, so it will be necessary to check whether it is feasible during the period of your stay. Upon entering the villa, you will find the living area with three sofas and a Smart TV. At the end of the living room, a very spacious and bright wooden table overlooking the hills in front will allow you to spend the best dinners in company. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and many more. The double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub and shower allow a more accessible, independent and inclusive living room. From the beautiful internal wooden staircase you reach the sleeping area consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with tub. From the hallway you can access a wonderful terrace that will make you love the wonderful view of the hills once again. All rooms are equipped with sheets and towels, all to make your stay fantastic down to the smallest details! The villa is complemented by a spacious outdoor area on floor -1, complete with a barbecue area featuring an equipped fireplace, grill, and wood-burning oven, a ping-pong table, foosball, a play area for children, and a grove with a hammock, so you can spend wonderful evenings enjoying leisure and fun. In the courtyard on floor -1, you will also find an EV charging station (additional charge required) and the laundry area with washing machine, sink, and shower. Other things to note And not only a Piedmontese menu, but you can also taste the famous Italian pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven present in the structure.
