You will enter the villa through a private entrance for exclusive use with the possibility of parking multiple cars inside. The beautiful outdoor area opens with a large pool that will allow you to cool off on the hottest days and relax in the solarium area equipped with lounge chairs and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open all year round with the possibility of being heated in the colder months (on request). Entering the villa you will find the living area with three sofas, fireplace and Smart TV. At the end of the living room, a very spacious and bright wooden table overlooking the hills in front will allow you to spend the best dinners in company. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and many more. The double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub and shower allow a more accessible, independent and inclusive living room. From the beautiful internal wooden staircase you reach the sleeping area consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with tub. From the hallway you can access a wonderful terrace that will make you love the wonderful view of the hills once again. All rooms are equipped with sheets and towels, all to make your stay fantastic down to the smallest details! The villa is completed by a spacious outdoor area on the 1st floor, complete with a barbecue area with an equipped fireplace, grill and wood-burning oven, ping pong table, play area for children, and a grove with a hammock to make you spend the best evenings of leisure and fun. In the courtyard on floor –1 you will also find a charging station for electric vehicles. Other things to note Upon request, this property offers the opportunity to put you in touch with a local chef at home who can prepare typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition by showing you step by step the necessary steps. And not only Piedmontese menus, but you can also taste the famous Italian pizza cooked in the wood-burning oven in the hotel. For those interested, we can organize, with transport, guided tours in the wine cellars of the area for the tasting of the excellent Piedmontese wines.
