The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole). This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same room. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, two dedicated workspaces, dining table that seats four, In-unit laundry, Keurig, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole Location: - In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave - 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets - 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University Parking: - This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$25/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If deposit is required, payment link will be messaged to you after the booking on Airbnb is confirmed Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability Other things to note - We have multiple units in this building, and each one is unique.
