Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$25/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
