The space If you’re looking for a beach stay that feels easy from the moment you arrive, this is it. This Gulf-front 4BR/3BA condo was set up for families and groups who want less hassle, more comfort, and quick access to the beach without the crowds of a high-rise tower. One of the best parts of the condo is the private covered balcony with beautiful Gulf views and direct stair access down to the sand. For many guests, that means easier beach mornings, quick breaks for lunch or naps, and less back-and-forth carrying gear all day. The building also has elevator access to the ground level, making it stroller- and wheelchair-friendly, though that route is less direct than the balcony stairs. Inside, the condo sleeps up to 12 with a layout that works especially well for larger families, multi-family vacations, and friend groups. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, plus 3 full bathrooms, everyone has room to spread out and settle in comfortably. We’ve stocked the condo with the kinds of details that make a beach trip smoother and more enjoyable: 12-inch memory foam mattresses, high-quality linens, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming, a dedicated workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a drip coffee maker with starter coffee supplies. Starter essentials are also provided, including shampoo, soap, dish pods, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper goods. Traveling with kids is easier here too. The condo includes beach gear, a high chair, and kids’ plates, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying your stay. The location is another big advantage. You’re in a quieter, low-density beachfront setting, but still just minutes from Flora-Bama, Orange Beach dining, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great fit for guests who want a more relaxed home base without feeling far from anything. A fun seasonal bonus: Blue Angels practices at NAS Pensacola are often held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from spring through fall, making your beach stay an even more memorable Gulf Coast getaway! You’ll also have 2 covered parking spots, self check-in, and access to the pool and hot tub across the street on the Ole River side of the property. It’s a great bonus for guests who want both beach time and pool time during their stay. A few things to note: there is no grill on site, dock access is currently unavailable while construction is underway, and while there is no on-site EV charger, nearby charging is available in Orange Beach. Guest access Community hot tub, and pool are located ACROSS the street on the ole river-side. Other things to note Please review our house guidelines before booking to ensure our beachfront retreat is the right fit for your stay. We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and seamless experience. - No smoking or vaping, no pets, and no trailer or RV parking per HOA rules. - No grill is provided, and portable grills are not allowed on the balcony or boardwalk due to fire code. They may be used in the parking lot away from the building. - For security, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry, along with an ecobee thermostat and indoor temperature sensor. - Only the number of registered guests may stay overnight - Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10 PM, and keep the balcony door closed when the AC is running. - We’re unable to offer early check-in before 4 PM or late checkout after 10 AM so our cleaning team has time to prepare the condo to a high standard. - If possible, please take out your trash before you leave. The large blue dumpster is by the street at the end of the parking lot. This condo is a cherished getaway for many families, and we truly appreciate your help in caring for it.
