This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center. 🐶 Pet Fee: Bringing pets? There's a $120/day per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. If you do see a pest, please notify us immediately so we can arrange treatment with our pest control team. While we take every step to maintain a clean, pest-free space, this is a natural part of life along the Gulf Coast. To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines: · A $120/stay pet fee per pet,must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled. · We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). · Pets must be kenneled and house trained. · All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. · Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. · Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. · Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. · Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. *Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services* Starter Supplies Provided To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
