Historic charm with modern amenities. Access to private dock, outdoor living areas, kayaks (free use with your stay) means you won’t need to venture off the property to take in all the natural beauty the area has to offer. The space A direct riverfront 9000 square foot home split into 7 individual units. Each unit having their own full kitchen, dining, bathroom(s), and bedroom(s). Utilizing separate entrances, you and your traveling companions will have all the privacy you need. Enjoy shared access to 1.2 acres of beautiful gardens, docks, and outdoor living areas at this historic property. Includes the Following: Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, 12 cup coffee pot, High quality bedding, linens, pillows, plush bath towels and beach towels. Fun Items: Beach chairs, coolers, board games, two full size propane grill. Kayaks are provided for guest use. The kayaks are first come, first serve, for all guests staying on the Ballard Estate property. Per state law, anybody under the age of 18 must wear a life vest at all times while kayaking. Adults must posses the life vest with them on the kayak. Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner. Living Areas Includes: cable TV and smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Kitchens: Full kitchens with ovens, electric ranges, refrigerators, and microwaves. NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.
