The space You can relax in the cosy living room during your stay which has two large sofas, an armchair, a smart TV, and a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave. The spacious dining area has a wooden table with seating for all guests. Sand Pit Cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a double, accommodating up to six guests. The family bathroom downstairs includes a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and basin. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a toilet and basin. Enjoy the sunny courtyard garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and a private hot tub. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Please note that due to the necessary and regular hot tub cleaning / water change, it may not be fully up to temperature at the time of check in.
