This is a unique waterfront property with 2 teepees and a wood fired cedar hot tub . There is a luxury 26-foot teepee with power and cooking facilities and your own private deck steps away from the Fraser river. The 21 foot luxury teepee has a beautiful outdoor kitchen and a Saluspa hot tub(separate listing). Each unit has its own separate bathroom with outdoor showers. Each teepee has a propane fire pit or there is a common wood burning fire pit with wood provided. We feature 2 teepees Teepee #1- 26-foot This teepee boasts a gorgeous king bed and two singles with quality bedding, including down duvets and down alternative pillows and can accommodate up to 4 people. The teepee features a fully furnished space with power and water with ample seating and includes all the necessities to create your perfect meal. Also included is a coffee and tea bar. The decor is inspired by the culture of the local indigenous peoples of the Yale First Nation. Sit outside on your private deck overlooking the river and enjoy the beauty of seeing eagles, bears, deer, and other wildlife. Here you will find a barbecue and outdoor propane griddle to create your favorite meals. Sit and enjoy the views of the river from your balcony railing bar or relax in your lounge chairs. Afterwards, sit around the campfire and roast marshmallows while sitting next to the river. Firewood is complimentary. Guests can share a fully functional outdoor washroom facility featuring a compostable toilet and an outdoor low flow shower. As a gift, we provide naturally handcrafted locally made soap, ecofriendly shampoos, and conditioners. Towels and washcloths are provided. Teepee #2 – 20-foot (separate listing) This teepee sleeps 4, and has a king bed and a daybed with two full twins and includes quality bedding. The 8 foot teepee will sleep 2 smaller children, for this teepee kids just need to bring their own sleeping bags. Outside you will find an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, grilling station, patio furniture, and a picnic table. Quality bedding is provided as well as towels and washcloths and naturally handcrafted soap. This teepee is also decorated with local Indigenous decor. This teepee has its own separate washroom and an outdoor shower. Battery powered LED lanterns are provided for you. One of the best outdoor adventure experiences in our area is sturgeon fishing. Let us help you book your adventure.
