The space When staying at Havasu Haven you can expect nothing less than perfection and relaxation. Where, there are two AC units to keep everyone cool, smart TVs and comfortable bedding. As well as, a comfortable yet chic living room space with a largeTV, comfy couches and expansive ceiling fan to cool you off. Especially after a day in the desert or out on the water. There's a lot of land next door for you to be able to park all your toys. Once done parking in the lot, theres an entrance from the lot, straight to the pool and hot tub for easy access to the fun. Book with us to enjoy all of what Havasu Haven has to offer. Guest access Accessing the home and Lot: When accessing the home, there is a lock box (code provided with check-in) to allow you entry. To access the lot, there will be a code supplied at checkin. What guests don't have access to: Guests will have access to everything but the Master bedroom closet, the Garage, a utility closet and the roof. Roof Access: No one is allowed on the roof at any given point in time. If notified that someone is on the roof, renters will get one warning call before being asked to leave without any sort of refund. There is a camera up there that sends notifications to both the property manager and both owners. This is for the safety and wellbeing of our renters, please make sure that all who are in the home during the duration of the booking knows and respects this rule. Other things to note We do ask all our guests to be 25 years of age or up, forward a copy of your ID for further verification/Liability purposes as well as a list of names of all who will be with you during your booking. We also have our own Terms and Conditions that are need to be agreed upon before the booking is complete.
