INSIDE: Modern 4 bedroom cottage with 3-piece bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast bar, comfortable family room with dining area, which leads out to the back sunroom with an inviting lounge and an additional dining area to take in the impressive view of the woods! Kitchen has everything that you need to create your favourite dishes: cookware, utensils and small appliances. OUTSIDE: Unwind in the backyard amidst the trees! Enjoy reading your favourite book or take a nap on the “lover’s bench.” Relax with family or friends on the incredibly spacious front deck, which boasts a new propane BBQ. Grill up some steaks and when the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s’mores. Lake access is a short walk to Tuyll street. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund Max occupancy at all times is 5, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person.
