Kitchen has everything that you need to create your favourite dishes: cookware, utensils and small appliances. OUTSIDE: Unwind in the backyard amidst the trees! All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Max occupancy at all times is 7, violation will result in removal without refund.
