Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach. The space You will be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, go for a day trip, etc. and sleep at night in the middle of nature in an extremely quiet neighborhood, only 500 meters away from the city center (5 minutes walking). Guest access We rent out the entire attic, which has an area of 80 square meters. The entrance staircase is the only shared space. Other things to note The money we earn thanks to Aibnb bookings will be invested in the attic itself, its maintenance and improvements. IMPORTANT NOTE: For stays equal to or less than 10 days it will be considered TOURIST HOUSING (tourism contract to be made through the platform) For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a SEASONAL RENTAL, in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed with the owner, specifying the reason for the temporary stay.
