The space Open living/kitchen/dining area leads to the back upper deck spanning the full back of the home. 3 Bedroom/2 full Bath upstairs & a large downstairs suite w/ Half Bath includes full and queen beds, a queen Serta sofabed, and a regular full-sized couch. Games, DVDs and TV available for fun family time. Our back bulkhead above the bay water allows for great fishing right off the wall! Be aware of the drop down to the water, so children and pets must be supervised! * Caution: Please do not throw our rockscape rocks in the water or move the patio furniture onto the bulkhead or pier. Front fencing and gate will close to contain larger pets but beware, no enclosures across bay side allows opportunity for pets to escape. Guest access Property has free parking in driveway or on street. No parking in lower breezeway. Patio facing the bay includes outdoor adirondack chairs and a fish cleaning station w/a gas grill and a smokeless firepit downstairs.
