Games, DVDs and TV available for fun family time. Our back bulkhead above the bay water allows for great fishing right off the wall! Be aware of the drop down to the water, so children and pets must be supervised! * Caution: Please do not throw our rockscape rocks in the water or move the patio furniture onto the bulkhead or pier. Front fencing and gate will close to contain larger pets but beware, no enclosures across bay side allows opportunity for pets to escape. Guest access Property has free parking in driveway or on street. No parking in lower breezeway. Patio facing the bay includes outdoor adirondack chairs and a fish cleaning station w/a gas grill and a smokeless firepit downstairs. Several boat ramp areas nearby. Copano Village has unique beach homes of all shapes and sizes so a stroll down the roads or from bayside in your boat is very entertaining!
