Only 6 miles from Clemson stadiums. The rental is a 500 sq' beautiful studio apartment with parking, coded entrance, and a private courtyard w/ a grill. It also includes a king size bed, an extra thick mattress futon, bathroom and a full kitchen with provided coffee/snacks. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe feeling. I would be more than happy to advise you on things to do and restaurants in the upstate area. I love sharing the beautiful upstate with visitors! The space The total space is approximately 500 square feet with a courtyard over 600 square feet including a privacy fence, tables/chairs, a grill and lighting. We provide fans and heating elements so you can keep the temperature the way you prefer. Let me know before you arrive your preferred thermostat setting so I can help make it feel like home! The bedroom and living room have windows with black out blinds so you can control how bright or dark you would like it as well. For a small fee we can provide extra equipment for tailgating including coolers, bag chairs and a popup tents to save you from having to travel with your own. Because the kitchen is only big enough to contain the essentials please let me know before your arrival if you need crockpots, blenders, etc. Just ask to see if I have what you need! We strive to make your stay in the upstate as beautiful as we think our surrounding area is. We have plenty of suggestions on things to do close by so just ask! Guest access You will have access to the front yard, parking and your own private courtyard area which is completely fenced in with patio furniture, extra lighting and a grill for hanging out. The backyard of the property and back deck is only for use of the owner.
