The space Conveniently located off of the 210 and 15 freeway in a quiet and welcoming area of North Rialto. Blocks away from the Renaissance Marketplace were you can find a Movie Theater, Gym, shops and great places to eat like Cracker Barrel, Texas Road House, Septembers Taproom and Eatery and much more! Not to mention many attractions within driving distance such as the NOS Events Center, Yaamava Resort and Casino, California Speedway, Sierra Lake Golf Course and the list goes on... This amazing home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an amazing pool, a beautifully landscaped front and backyard and a unique themed game room. Upon entry, the Cathedral ceilings offer a very open and spacious feel. The main floor offers a formal and causal living room, dinning room, Kitchen, 1 restroom and 2 bedrooms. The upstairs provides a Primary bedroom with a walk in closet and an ensuite with an inviting soaking tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom upstairs. The home is Family- Friendly. It offers essential baby equipment , (3) Smart TV's, Board Games, pool inflatables and safety vest. Guest access The entire property is available durning your stay with the exception of the closet in the entry way marked storage closet and the exterior storage area on the right side of the property. In efforts to provide a smooth arrival, a key code will be provided before your arrival time. Other things to note Some guests have found the pool equipment to be tricky, others are just not wanting the added stress. So, In efforts to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible we have upgraded our pool equipment to allow us the ability to wirelessly operate the amazing pool features. During your stay the Waterfall, Spa & Pool lights will be operated remotely by your hosts. When you would like any feature to be Turned ON/OFF please send us a message via the app and we’d be more then happy to help. ******IMPORTANT********* - Spa will take approximately 45-60 minutes to heat to a temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit (in the cold/winter months) or 102-104 degrees (in hot/summer months) As mentioned in our House Rules the features(Waterfall, Spa & Pool lights) will be available during the hours below. Pool hours: Sunday-Thursday 8am-9pm Friday & Saturday 8am-10pm Please Note! All pool equipment will automatically be turned off according to pool hours for that day if still in use. ***********POOL HEATING********** The Pool can be heated between 78-80 degrees for an additional charge of $125 a day. Charges are based on the length of your stay. (ex. 7 nights = 7x$125 Total $875) If you would like the pool heated the request must be made at the time of booking as we need ample time to heat the pool prior to your arrival. If you would like to cancel the heating of the pool, you must notify us 1 week prior to check-in. Upon doing so a refund will be processed and disbursed as Airbnb allows. *** Heating for a pool is to be warm not steaming hot as a spa( hot tub/Jacuzzi)*** ***************IMPORTANT********** NO PARTIES NO EVENTS NO ADDITIONAL GUEST NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE This is a quiet neighborhood with minimal disturbances and we would like to keep it that way. If you are looking for a place to enjoy respectfully, we would love to have you, if you are wanting to party, make loud noise or be a nuisance this is not the home for you! Any violations of these rules will result in immediate removal of all guest and a refund will NOT be issued. In addition local authorities and Airbnb with will be informed of the violations. We have 8 cameras monitoring the listed areas 4 monitoring the front yard, front lawn, street, sidewalk,driveway and porch 1 monitoring side gate entrance, portion of the driveway and street 1 over the patio area 1 over the pool area 1 doorbell camera covering the front door and porch Cameras are for safety measures. All cameras record when motion is detected for 30 second clips. All Cameras will light up for 30-40 seconds when motion is detected
