For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. We can accommodate 1 vehicle at this condo. Additional parking is available in general parking at the resort. NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking. Please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans.
