Welcome home to Fairview Cabin, a unique and custom wine country chalet nestled on over 14 wooded acres within the heart of the Dundee Hills. Offering three bedrooms, and three and a half baths it's the perfect retreat for wine country fun and relaxation. Surrounded by world-class vineyards and wineries, Fairview Cabin is an exclusive getaway that boasts vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms with either an en suite bath or private deck and windows throughout making it feel as if you are living in the treetops. Embrace the evergreen oaks and fir trees from one of your three private decks, or in the Hot Tub perfect place for a quiet morning cup of coffee or a night of relaxing under the stars. In the well-appointed and spacious kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The large dining table has seating for six which can expand to host eight with a full house. After dinner, you and your guests can gather by the wood-burning fireplace while you fill the air with a melodious tune as you tickle the ivories of the grand piano. The upstairs features two master suites. One with a new king bed, twin-size sofa sleeper, and en suite bathroom with standing shower. And the second offers a queen bed, a private bath with a standing shower, and a private deck. On the main level, guests will find the final third bedroom with a queen bed and deck access. A guest bath with a tub is accessible across the hallway. Last but not least, the basement level presents a perfect space for gathering and includes a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, a DVD player, an adjustable couch and 2 oversized bean bag chairs to lounge on. Rounding out the entertainment area is the regulation-size ping pong table, a half bath, and a laundry room. You will also find carport and garage access with an EV Charger on this level of the home. This home is a bird-watcher or writer's dream come true. Don't be surprised by the abundance of wildlife. Deer are frequently seen on the grounds foraging as well as smaller visitors such as squirrels and a plethora of different bird species. Please note, that both bobcats and coyotes have been known to also explore the hills. The home is centrally located to many tasting rooms yet also very private for those evenings of R & R after a full day of winery exploring. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a second dog so we can arrange the additional fee after booking. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager.
