Hacienda Cruz RGV is a one-acre residence in Mission, Texas, 3,200 sq ft. of living space. This sanctuary sleeps 18, but is spacious enough to host events for up to 60 guests. Perfect for your vacation, (Bachelorette, micro wedding, graduations, baby shower, friend annual trip, family reunion or any small event). Contact us for booking events/reunions or gatherings; additional fees apply. Hosting an event without proper clearance will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. The space This home has been updated, but it’s not brand new. The layout, paint, finishes, and some rooms reflect its 1980s origins. If you’re expecting a completely new home, please keep this in mind. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and laminate flooring. We can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests in outdoor amenities area. Other things to note • The house is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, we do not offer detergent. please note that the garage is not available for use. • For security and liability reasons, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and four exterior motion-detected security cameras. One camera faces the front entrance, one covers the parking driveway, one overlooks the pool area for the safety of our guests, and one is positioned by the back kitchen door. Tampering with, covering, or disconnecting any cameras is strictly prohibited. There are no security cameras inside the house. • The swimming pool is unheated and has depths of 3 and 6 feet, without a safety fence or lifeguard. An adult must be present at all times, and kids should bring their floaties. Pet owners!!!!!! 🐶 🐱 Please note that we are pet friendly, but we will not tolerate pet owners who do not look after their pets. Failure to pick up after your dog should result in a fine. Furthermore, if your pet is prone to shedding, you will need to make every effort to mitigate the shedding. Pets are not permitted in beds or sofas. If we find pet stains an additional cleaning fee will be applied for cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitation. Please do not let your pet pee on the plants or garden. Dog urine kills plants. We love pets and we want to make sure we can continue to offer the ability for owners to bring their pets, but it will take all of us to work together to make sure we keep this option open for everyone.
