There is also a futon sofa in the living room for one adult or two small children, making the home an ideal place for a couples retreat or for families to reconnect. Each bathroom has a bathtub for you to relax and unwind in after a day touring picturesque landscape, historical parks, and world renowned wineries located nearby. There is also a range of board and patio games available for those looking for a more “staycation”, relax-at-home experience. The home includes central air conditioning, free Wifi and a television in the living room. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and basic cooking and dining equipment such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Genuine antiques and period piece furniture includes a prohibition-era “hide-a-bar” (a cabinet that converts from an innocuous dish cabinet into a chic cocktail station). The charming fireplace is original but only decorative. Please note that this is a true historical home. Closet space is limited. Please be mindful that all dogs must be on a leash when they are outside the home, including the patio area. The yard dividers have spaces that dogs can easily scurry under, and all animals (dogs especially) must be monitored and must stay in the designated yard. There is a lovely city park just across the street with a large green space and shaded picnic areas. And please, clean up after all pets, and then dispose of waste in a proper receptacle
