Mountain features scenic views whether you're driving up to the house or exploring by foot. See the Blue Ridge Mountains from all different angles during your ascent. The mountain also features an award wining winery, Stone Mountain Vineyards. Use your personal vehicle to get around the mountain. Parking at property can accommodate up to 4 cars. -We like guests to know that the drive ends with a 3 mile ascent up a gravel road. While it is a well maintained road, we require 4-wheel drive in the winter months as the weather on the mountain can be unpredictable. 2-wheel drive vehicle can work in non-winter months as long as it has reasonable road clearance. Please keep in mind that the road is windy and steep in certain areas. -This Cabin is on top of a mountain and surrounded by a variety of wildlife as it is very close to Shenandoah National Park. During certain times of the year, the area will have lady bugs and stink bugs.
