Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher and NESPRESSO machine (Please bring your own CitiZ capsules). Utility area with washer dryer, iron, ironing board and airer. Wheelchair access to two ground floor bedrooms, wet room/WC, kitchen diner and family area. Four double bedrooms arranged as two super king and two twin. Solid oak furniture. Master with ensuite (Super king). All linen provided which is the highest quality Egyptian cotton. Two bedrooms located downstairs, two upstairs. Two bedrooms large enough to accommodate a travel cot. High spec Villeroy & Boch bathrooms throughout. Ground floor limestone wet room with large rain shower. First floor bathroom with large jacuzzi bath, separate shower, shaver point. En-suite shower room with shaver point. Fully catering for young families, we provide a travel cot, highchair, retractable stair gates top and bottom, microwave steriliser and baby bath. Private decked area to rear overlooking lake with 6 seater hot tub and garden furniture. Fully serviced to 5* standard, includes fluffy bath sheets and a minimum of two robes. Welcome pack on arrival with a few basics: complimentary tea and coffee; milk; biscuits and dishwasher tablets. Supermarket deliveries (Tesco & Sainsbury's) are available direct to the lodge. Please note the EV chargers are a shared facility on resort. Guest access Guests have access to all site facilities: Pool; sauna; steam room; spa treatments*; fitness room; children's park; Flow Rider*; Wake Park*, *Water activities, restaurant and bar. *Resort charges may apply, some facilities seasonal. DAMAGE & NON COMPLIANCE OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES. STRICTLY NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS PLUS TWO INFANTS UNDER 3 IN TRAVEL COTS. EXTRA GUESTS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES AS DETAILED. WHITE TOWELS PROVIDED NOT TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE THE LODGE. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN TOWLES FOR HOT TUB, POOL & BEACH. DAMAGE TO WHITE TOWELS WILL BE CHARGED. PRICE INFORMATION - We are happy to discuss discounts for stays between 3-5 nights during low to mid season. School holidays during February, Easter, May, October and July / August we only accept 7 night bookings Saturday to Saturday. The hot-tub is optional. If you do not require use of the hot-tub we can deduct £50 from your stay. Please also note that the tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each stay, therefore we cannot guarantee the water will be up to temperature on arrival. We will e-mail our welcome pack to you before your stay which details all important information regarding the lodge. However house rules to note are: * White towels provided are for INSIDE the lodge only, guests must bring their own for the hot tub, pool and beach. * Any issues with the hot tub please contact us directly, do not try to rectify the problem yourself. Please shower before use. Sand, sun lotion etc can clog the filter. * We expect all guests to vacate by 10am and leave the lodge clean and tidy. On departure, please ensure that: - All food is cleared from the fridge & cupboards and taken away with you. - The dishwasher is emptied and all clean crockery is put away - All towels are placed in the bathrooms - All rubbish and recycling MUST be taken away with you and left at the waste depot at the top of the resort - All board games, DVD's & Xbox leads must be packed away
