Other things to note Quiet hours: 10 PM–9 AM Please note this house is in a quiet, residential area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy. Pets: Up to two dogs allowed ($95 fee). No cats. Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $89 per day. Parties and events not permitted Smoking outdoors only Wildlife: You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyotes, and other desert creatures. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature.
