Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire cabin, including the private heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. You’ll also have seasonal access to the community outdoor pool (typically late May through early September), open daily from 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Getting to the community pool: From the cabin parking area, face the road and turn left. Drive to the end of the road and stop at the sign, then turn left into the pool parking area. Other things to note Additional Info to Keep Your Stay Smooth & Safe We partner with a professional exterminator for regular preventative treatments. That said, this is the mountains, so occasional wildlife or “nature visitors” can appear, including bears, ladybugs, bees, spiders, or other local critters. It’s part of the Smokies experience, and we do our best to keep the home comfortable. Bear safety: Please place all trash in the designated bear-proof cages at all times. ❄️ Winter Travel Tip If snow or ice is in the forecast, we strongly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle for safer access.
