The Boater Delight is a three-bedroom, three-bath pool/spa home in a perfect location. This home sits on a canal with gulf access. This spacious home sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite private bath with double sinks, a walk-around shower, a large tub, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor patio. The other two rooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The den area has a queen blow-up mattress available for an additional two guests. The space Relax in this stunning and meticulously maintained 2,245 sq ft. home with gulf access located on one of the most beautiful streets in Cape Coral, FL. Beautifully landscaped yard with a grassy front yard. The canal has an abundance of wildlife and fish you can watch while relaxing under the tiki hut on the dock. There is a dock to tie your boat up to but no lift available. There is one bridge to go under so no sailboats or extra tall center console boats. About 8 minutes on canal to intercostal waterway. This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood located about 10 to 15 minutes from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Come enjoy the sunshine and relax at the luxury home "Boaters Delight". Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property except for three closets and the garage. Other things to note TV’s with free Netflix are available in all 3 bedrooms, den, living room and the patio area. Free wi-fi throughout the house and patio area. We provide, liquid hand soap, 1 box of Kleenex, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 4 dishwasher detergent pods, and 4 laundry detergent pods to get you started. Trash bags are also provided. There are a variety of cooking spices and seasonings along with salt and pepper for guests to use when cooking. There are plenty of food storage containers as well. All of the doors and windows have an alarm system that alerts you if one opens. This is great for people with children. Another safety feature is the ability to put the hurricane shade down on the lanai to block off access to the pool. The two screen doors in the pool area are able to be locked also. The private dock is available for your use but not the lift. There are 2 docks. The lower one is great for kayaks and loading and unloading people from your boat. There are rubber bumpers along the dock posts where you park your boat on the taller dock. There are cleats for tying up your boat located on both docks. The house is equipped with a ring doorbell that video/audio records movement at the front door. There are security cameras located on the outside of the house/property. The video camera in the pool area is turned off and the owner does not have the ability to view or record this area while guests are staying at the house.
