The dining room is also newly renovated and seats ten. The two living areas offer plenty of room to relax. All bedrooms are spacious, bright and have comfortable beds. The private and secluded backyard offers a brand new heated swimming pool, patio, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. This is a home we only rent occasionally so it's well maintained and designed for family comfort. Guests have access to the entire house including the garage. We are always available to answer questions about the house or the area. The house is close to bay and ocean beaches. The Springs Tavern is walking distance as well as the Maidstone Deli, S & S Corner Shop at the Art Bldg., Rita Cantina and Springs Pizza.Jackson Pollack House is located at the end of the street.
