The Mas de la HUPPE, renovated in 2022, is a large Ardèche farmhouse for 20 people. At the foot of the Ardèche mountains, overlooking the Rhone Valley, near the village of "Le Teil", 10 km from Montélimar. Private farmhouse with heated, secure swimming pool, pool house with a table for 18 people under the awning, sink, gas barbecue and separate toilet; opening onto a large terrace, and sunbathing around the swimming pool. Petanque court and ping pong table; on a private plot of 3 ha of meadow and wood. The space The interior design revolves around a large living room opening to the west where evenings are possible without disturbing neighbors, with its mezzanine and overlooking the kitchen. The large modern kitchen opens onto the dining room and a sheltered and partially covered courtyard. There are six or even seven bedrooms, taking into account the TV lounge. On the ground floor, a double bedroom, as well as the TV lounge with its double bed, under the mezzanine, closed from the living room by a glass wall; a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first level, five bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms, a dormitory with 6 beds, the mezzanine and two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
