We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. NoiseAware monitors sound levels (but does not record any sound or image). NoiseAware will notify the host of any excess sound levels outside of quiet hours. Any attempt to remove NoiseAware device or ignore quiet hours will result in guest cancellation and being escorted off property immediately. For the safety of our guests, we have 4 video surveillance cameras located outside the property monitoring all the entry points of the house. There is a pool/hottub maintenance person that arrives on Tuesday and Friday each week. He drives a grey truck, knows not to disturb the guests and stays on the outside only to tend to the pool and hottub.
