Gulf Terrace,3 Pools, Gated, Near Morgans

Please read this ENTIRELY to make sure this is a good fit for you. The gated location is in the heart of Destin! Less than a mile from public beach access. This complex has 3 shared pools, 2 tennis courts and BBQ grills. A catch & release lake for fishing. A short drive to Harbor walk, Fishing boats and many Restaurants. The Condo is on the bottom floor. This is perfect for a couple or a small family vacation. Parking Permits for Boats , jetski available 1st come basis . The space You have a wonderful view of the lake, convenient location, easy way in and the other entrance is by Waffle house on Hwy 98, Shakes ice cream. Downtown location. Sit outside in the morning and have your coffee or watch a sunset with a glass of wine 1bedroom 1 bath, The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. A full kitchen with all necessary items for cooking. washer and dryer in the laundry room on the patio. Smart TV in the living room with ROKU and several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Management isn't responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest doesn't log out upon check out. This condo is NOT on the beach. It's in an older well-kept gated complex. We believe you will enjoy your time here. There is a potential for noise, as it's on the bottom floor. I have no control over the people above or beside you, just as any condo or hotel room. we provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent only Landmarks & Attractions This of course depends on traffic :) • Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park – .7 miles/ 4 min. drive • Henderson Beach State Park –1.5 miles/ 5 min drive • The Track Family Recreation Center – 1.4 miles/ 5 min drive • Morgan Sports Center – 1.1-mile 5 min drive • Indian Bayou Golf Club – 1.4 miles/ 5 min drive • Destin Harbor –2.3 miles/ 5 min drive • Gator Beach – 1.7 miles/ 6 min drive • Jetty East Beach – 9 min drive • Destin Harbor Boardwalk –1.7 miles/ 6 min drive • Harbor Walk Marina – 2.9/ 11 min drive . June White Decker Park -0.9 Miles from the Condo. Free Public parking at the park as well as showers, and a boardwalk down to the beach. We supply a starter of paoer towels toilet paper,etc. You will have to replace yourself if you need more. Wristbands for the pools need to be worn when enjoying resort amenities and should be returned after use The replacement cost is $20 per band if not put back. Please no candles. Travel Insurance as this is something we Recommend. We do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control. This would also include seaweed, sargan Grass this is again beyond our control. Daily Rates are non- negotiable. Guest access Owner will contact you with the details. Other things to note EVACUATION/HURRICANES We do not give refunds unless our county ( Okaloosa) is evacuated. If you are traveling from June-November and are worried about weather (red tide, hurricanes, etc.) impacting your stay, please purchase travel insurance as this is something we do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control. air conditioner is set to not go cooler than 68 in the summer due to the outside unit freezing up. please no hair color with our towels,this ruins them and we will have to charge you for this.there will be an extra cleaning fee for any excessive cleaning.
