COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS This home is located in the Boulder Ridge Community at Deep Creek Lake. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy. Boulder Ridge What's Provided: Sheets and Towels (1 towel/washcloth per person), drip or single-serve coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. What to Bring: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.), bath toiletries, hair dryers, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, specialty kitchen items (crock pot, roasting pans, etc.), and towels for lake, pool, or hot tub use. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in time year-round is 4:00pm and standard check-out time year-round is 10:00am. Based on availability, you may be able to add an early check-in and late check-out to your reservation for an additional fee. Payments for these fees are required up front to secure your early arrival or late departure. Please message us about the availability of early check-in or late check-out, with the additional fee. These options cannot be set up earlier than 3 days prior to your arrival date. We do not permit anyone to access rental properties earlier than their scheduled arrival time unless they have set up an early check-in ahead of time.
